India’s foreign exchange reserves have increased by $9.06 billion, reaching $697.12 billion, according to latest central bank data.

The rise comes after two consecutive weeks of decline, indicating renewed strength in the external sector. Economists view the increase as a positive sign for India’s financial stability, especially amid global uncertainty.

Higher forex reserves provide a cushion against currency volatility and external shocks, strengthening investor confidence in the economy.
