The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) confirmed today that the much-anticipated Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0 is imminent, with notification expected to be released shortly. Officials say the drive will fill over 27,000 teaching vacancies across government schools in the state, part of an ongoing effort to strengthen educational infrastructure and improve student outcomes. Prospective applicants are being urged to prepare in advance for the exam, which could open doors for large numbers of jobseekers across Bihar. The announcement comes amid broader state initiatives to enhance public employment opportunities  especially for youth  and address long-standing teacher shortages in rural and urban districts alike. The official notification is expected to detail eligibility criteria, application deadlines and examination schedules.
