Detours and vehicle movement restrictions have been put into place around major roads leading to the central counting venue. Similar measures are being taken in Muzaffarpur, where both schools and coaching institutes are suspended for the day due to the proximity of counting centres and associated crowd and vehicle movements. These steps aim to ensure minimal disruption to education activities while maintaining orderly conduct of the electoral process and allowing enhanced policing and transport management on the crucial counting day.
