Patna: The Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH) is all set to begin patient services in its newly constructed world-class building this month. Designed as a one-stop healthcare hub, the new facility will offer all essential treatments under a single roof.
Constructed in three phases with a total budget of ₹764.3 crore, the project aims to transform PMCH into one of India’s largest hospitals.
Phase 1: ₹329.9 crore – 2,250 beds
Phase 2: ₹237.4 crore – 1,850 beds
Phase 3: ₹197 crore – 1,750 beds
🔹 Total Beds After Completion: 5,460
Currently, two towers will accommodate 1,050 beds. The infrastructure includes 500 emergency beds, 500 ICU beds, 56 modular operation theaters, VIP and deluxe rooms, and multilevel parking.
