3. Bihar Saras Mela Draws Large Crowds on Second Day in Patna

The Bihar Saras Mela at Gandhi Maidan in Patna witnessed heavy footfall on its second day, with visitors thronging stalls showcasing handicrafts, handlooms and food products prepared by women self-help groups. The fair features participants from Bihar and several other states, offering a wide range of traditional and contemporary products.

Visitors explored stalls selling textiles, decorative items, organic produce and regional delicacies. Cultural programmes including folk music and dance performances added to the festive atmosphere. Organisers said security arrangements have been strengthened to manage crowds smoothly.
