Exit poll results for the 2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections indicate a tight contest between the major alliances. According to projections published today, the Axis My India pollster estimates that the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will secure between 121 and 145 seats out of 243. At the same time, the opposition Mahagathbandhan is projected to win 98 to 118 seats. 

With the majority mark set at 122 seats, the projections suggest that while the NDA could win a slender majority, the outcome remains open and competitive. One projection indicates the NDA may just miss the majority threshold, underscoring how the election remains finely balanced.

Poll analysts point to several factors influencing this outcome: high voter turnout across the state including strong participation by women and first-time voters, local campaign dynamics centred on employment, law-and-order and regional development, and the performance of smaller parties such as the Jan Suraaj Party which is expected to win zero to two seats.
