Ranchi, August 18, 2026: Protests over government recruitment examinations in Jharkhand have intensified, with students demanding transparency and a fair recruitment process.
The agitation gained momentum after the Jharkhand government cancelled the JSSC-CGL 2024 examination following sustained protests and allegations of irregularities in the recruitment process. The government has also cancelled other recruitment examinations conducted by private agency TDPL.
