A tragic road accident in Bihar's Supaul district has claimed five lives after a speeding car reportedly lost control and crashed into a group of people participating in a roadside kirtan.
The incident occurred near Kataiya Chowk under the Pipra police station area on National Highway 327E. According to reports, the group had gathered near a roadside temple when the vehicle allegedly rammed into them.
Three people reportedly died at the scene, while others were taken to hospital. Despite efforts to save them, the death toll rose to five. Two other injured people were reportedly receiving treatment.
