₹100 Crore-Plus Scam Alleged in Sudha Dairy: Relatives’ Vehicles Hired Without Tender, Apple Laptop Purchased and Used by Outsider
Based on a departmental inquiry report, an FIR has been registered at Fulwaria Police Station against former in-charge Managing Director-cum-Assistant General Manager of Barauni Dairy, Ravindra Prasad, and current chairman Vijay Shankar Singh.
The inquiry report was prepared by Phool Kumar Jha, Managing Director of Tirhut Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh and Muzaffarpur Dairy. He submitted the report to COMFED on September 1, 2026.
During the investigation, the inquiry team examined six major files containing a total of 1,311 pages. The records revealed several alleged instances of violations of financial rules in the procurement process.
The report also mentions allegations including the hiring of vehicles belonging to relatives without following the tender process and the purchase of an Apple laptop that was allegedly used by an outsider.
